Chess classes for children in Vilnius 8

These are the places in Vilnius that take children into chess groups outside their own school. Kamilės šachmatų studija takes pupils from age six into groups after school and on Sundays, and offers individual and online lessons; Šachmatų Akademija 64 near Riešė starts at six too, with a family school on Saturdays; Lietuvos šachmatų mokykla, the provider of most school circles, also teaches in small groups and online.

Sostinės tauras, the city sports school, has a chess section with lessons on working days. The Verdenė children’s and youth club on Ukmergės gatvė teaches on Mondays, the Ukrainian centre holds Friday lessons for Ukrainian children from age seven, HOBIVERSE runs a circle on Konstitucijos prospektas, and Šachmatų erdvės on Laisvės prospektas has had training groups for children.
